The only solution for this is to slightly tweak the song in an audio editing program (Audacity is what I use). Just raise the pitch slightly (or lower it) or increase the tempo a little (or slow it down) and this should solve the problem. Also, Youtube SHOULD only count the amount of strikes against uploads you have. Deleting the video should solve the issue (it has for me unless they changed it).
